Carolynne Hultquist is an instructor for GEOG 884: Geographic Information Systems for the Geospatial Intelligence Professional. Carolynne holds a PhD in Geography from Penn State and completed the Graduate Certificate in GEOINT Analytics. Her research involves the development of computational methods for spatio-temporal analysis and modeling of vulnerability to hazards. She has over 15 years of experience with geospatial technology, a Graduate Teaching and Faculty Online Teaching certificate, and experience designing and teaching both in-person and online geospatial courses.
